The company is located in Group 9, Tiexi Village, Nong'an Town, Nong'an County, Changchun, Jilin Province, with a registered capital of RMB 10 million and a plant area of approximately 30,000 square meters.

As a source manufacturer with its own factory, Liaan completes procurement, deep processing, welding and assembly, and final inspection entirely in-house. Liaan operates a modern workshop in Nong'an, equipped with multiple CNC machines and dedicated welding fixtures, covering the complete process flow of cutting, milling, welding, leveling, assembly and inspection. Standardized operations and quality control points at key processes ensure dimensional consistency and stable delivery even under batch orders.

For high-frequency applications such as commercial and building entrance doors, Liaan applies laser seamless welding combined with patented corner-code technology: laser welding fuses the four corners of the door leaf into one integral body with flat, even seams, eliminating the loosening and air-leakage risks of traditional mechanical corner joints, while the patented corner codes further reinforce structural rigidity so the leaf stays flat and never sags after tens of thousands of cycles.

4. Core Technology

—— Profiles: premium 6063-T5 thermal-break aluminum with wall thickness up to the 2.0 mm class on main load-bearing sections; a rib-reinforced structure improves bending and torsion resistance and prevents deformation at the source.

—— Thermal insulation: PA66 polyamide insulating strips (rated above 210 °C) inside the thermal-break structure — fundamentally different from common recycled PVC strips — stable over long-term use.

—— Sealing: automotive-grade EPDM foam gaskets stay soft and resilient in low temperatures; together with multi-chamber sealing design, they keep cold drafts and noise outside.
